Warnings System

So you've seen the rules and now this is the final step: The Warnings System.
1st Warning: You're fine, just make sure you don't do anything that's breaking the rules again.
2nd Warning: We're watching you now, consider yourself officially watched.
3rd Warning - Suspension: Once you recieve your third warning you will be suspended for a week.
4th Warning - Perma-Ban: Keep on breaking the rules and you'll recieve a permanent ban, your email address and IP will also be banned.
So that's it, may be modified in the future.
